Introduction
PT. Mitra Pelayaran Nusantara (here below to be called MPN), was incorporated in the beginning of 2019 to
specialize in the logistics services for the stainless steel industry, cement factories, aluminum manufacturers
and power plants at Indonesia. With management teams’ more than 20 years of shipping practices and more
than 10 years experiences serving global stainless steel industry, MPN has gained long term good
relationship with all the main stainless steel and ferro-nickel factories in China and Indonesia.

MPN’s main business include the shipping business of raw materials and steel products sea transportation by
Panamax, Supramax, Handysize, Multi-Purpose Vessels, Barges and the logistics services of stevedoring
operation and warehousing service at Jakarta and Surabaya.

Having been growing together with the booming Indonesian economy and stainless steel industries, MPN
has been developing new business with the Chinese related steel factories and cement factories under One
Belt One Road strategy. MPN will keep focusing on providing the professional shipping and logistics
professional services for Indonesian domestic shipping and stevedoring services.

Business Scope
MPN’s core business are the shipping and logistics services of raw materials and steel products (such as Iron
Ores, Nickel Ores, Coals, Cement Pipes, Bagged Cements, Steel Slab, Steel Coils, Equipment and other
General Cargoes) for the steel and cement industry. MPN has already gained the strong supports from the
main China-Indonesia joint venture steel mills, domestic traders as well as the local miners.

MPN controls a fleet of 3 sets TB&B for transshipment in steel factory; 8 sets of TB&B for Short Distance
Nickel Ore / Coal Transportation; 2 Supramax for domestic transportation of Coal and Nickel ore.
