MINUTES OF THE MEETING

CANTEEN MONITORING & NATIONAL CHILDRENS' MONTH
Date: November 17, 2022 (Thursday)
Time: 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Venue: Classroom of Kindergarten at ARA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

I. Attendance
The LAC Session on Canteen Monitoring and National Children's Month
were attended by all teachers from Kinder-Grade 6 with a percentage of 100%.
Attached herewith is the attendance sheet.

II. Call to order

The meeting was called to order by MRS. MARY C. ROSETE, a Kindergarten
adviser of Ara Elementary School.

III. Meeting Proper

MRS. ROSETE, the Kindergarten adviser, facilitated the meeting. The following
agenda were presented:
1. Presentation of School Canteen Monitoring Tool
2. Discussed clearly the school canteen guidelines
3. School personnel manage the canteen operation, allocating funds as needed
4. Presentation of 2022 National Children's Month Celebration
5. Discussed the theme “ Kalusugan, Kaisipan, at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan!”
6. The importance of metal health and well being of the children
7. Presentation of school activities for Children's Month celebration
8. Date of Children's Month celebration

IV. Meeting Proper

The meeting formally started with the presentation of the topic. Mrs. Rosete
discussed efficiently the assigned topic given to her.
At the end of the meeting, the teaching staff agreed to the date Children's Month
celebration.

V. Adjournment
With no other pertinent matters to be discussed the meeting was smoothly
and successfully done at exactly 11:30 a.m.
