The undersigned Public Attorney, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
manifests before this Honorable Court that:

In an Order dated March 17, 2023 which entitled the plaintiff to Amend her
Complaint and to Admit the Amended Complaint, the defendants filed their Motion
for Reconsideration. However, defendants’ motion was denied and were ordered to
file their amended answer.
Upon carefully examining the submitted answer of the defendants before this
Honorable Court, the defendants through counsel manifest that they would no longer
submit an amended answer.
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to take
note of this manifestation in promoting the objective of the Rules of Court for speedy
disposition of cases.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
