2008 The petitioners and her respondent got engaged, and

the ceremony was attended by all the dignitaries.
There was a gap of 8 months in the marriage after the
engagement.
September 2012 That after 3 years of marriage, the respondent raised a
finger regarding the status of petitioner maternal
home and after this, the petitioner and her mother
settled them together and hid her status while
petitioner and her respondent have a love marriage
and got married after 5 years of courtship.

The respondent respecting the petitioner by way of

calling ‘‘small house girl’’ and says that they didn't
take him to her house before marriage.

The petitioner hid her status while he told her husband

before marriage that she is belong from to a simple
family.

2007 That before the marriage of petitioner, the parents and

sister of respondent met us the petitioner at Delhi
without informing her parents. while she was studied
with coaching in Delhi.

After leaving the Delhi the parents of respondent

brought the petitioner in her government residence at
Dehradun.

The petitioner told the parents of respondent that she

was belongs to a normal family, because that time the
father of respondent was in the position of MLA in
her area.
