Responsibility It shall be the responsibility of the technician building, testing and configuring the ILI tool to ensure this form is properly completed. The technician performing the build, testing and configuration of the ILI tool cannot complete the QA Check; the QA check is meant to provide a second set of qualified eyes to review critical QA items. This document is in no way meant to apportion total responsibility to the checker, but adds a crucial step in minimising tool failure.
