This is to inform you that I am resigning from my position as CSR with GlobalTekPh, effective
immediately.

Due to my mom’s health condition, I must take some adjustment with my work location site,
which will be in Manila. Although it has been a pleasure working with Trajector Disability at
GlobalTekPh, I feel that I must resign in order to dedicate the necessary time and attention to
this personal situation.
