Liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen/Argon Tank Product Feature

*Inner Vessel: is made of the austenitic stainless steel material suitable for cryogenic
conditions,designed and manufactured by means of strain strength technology,make
product more lightweight and economic,structure design better and more reasonable.

*Internal(sandwich) pipeline: is made of austenitic stainless steel materials of

cryogenic conditions. The Flexible design and inspection ensure the quality of
products;the unique liquid storage pipes design can ensure product safe use under
any medium.

*Outer vessel: made of high quality steel plate used for pressure vessel,equipped
with special stainless steel transportation support and lateral lugs,convenient for
product transportation,enhance greatly reduces the installation cost.

*Vacuum Insulation: adopts unique leak detection process,high-quality expanded

per-lite(pearly sand),special filling process,which make our product own excellent
vacuum insulation performance and very low daily evaporation rate.

*Valve pipeline system: advanced intensive modular pipeline design,compared with

conventional storage tank pipeline,the pipeline length deduces about 70%,greatly
reduces the heat loss of external pipeline;
All stainless steel pipping design provides reliable performance of long service life;
The principle of human engineering for pipeline flow design,the best position of valve
and instrument are convenient for staff’s operation;
Adopts combined valves,to reduce the number of welding joints,improve safety and
reliability,and reduce maintenance cost.
Key valves,instrument and joint can be configured and manufactured according to
customer demand.

*Instrument: The standard configure is improved instrument,valves and high-quality

liquid level gauge and pressure gauge,and the pressure/liquid level display
instrument with function of remote transmission can be selected by customer.

*Pressure regulation: Adopts easily adjustable multi functional combined pressure

regulating valves,by which can regular the pressure inside tank according to use
requirements conveniently. There is one aluminum automatic booster in standard
configuration. Various types of booster can be selected according to customer needs.

*Safety: The storage tank is equipped with double safety relief system,two safety
valves and two rupture disks. The design of valve position is convenient for the
replacement operation of safety valve and rupture disks.

*Cleaning standard: All components contacting with media should be cleaned strictly
in accordance with requirements of liquid oxygen storage.

*Surface treatment for tank outer vessel: adopts high grade blasting and DE-rusting
process,then spayed with layers of high quality,durable,multi heavy anti-corrosion
outer door international brand paint(the most outer layer is painted by high reflective
white paint).

*Safe transportation support design: special internal support system will secure the
safety of tank in process of transportation.
