The moving part is easy - I’ve created a fat flushing workout that uses
the foam roller to give you a total body workout, while healing, restoring
and strengthening your fascia. It only takes 20 minutes a day and will
help oxygenate your blood while lubricating your joints, reducing
inflammation and flushing the lymphatic system.
You should already have your exercise guide in the 7 Day Body Reset
document. And if you need a foam roller to get this done, check
out my signature foam rollers. I’m also a huge fan of rebounding -
it’s the best complimentary cardio to your roller workouts during
your 7 Day Body Reset program. In fact NASA has done studies that
prove rebounding is more effective for burning fat than running! So
if you want to take your Fat Flush to the next level, I recommend you
add 20 minutes of rebounding to your 20 minute roller workout.
Rebounding also has other benefits including: boosting circulation,
flushing toxins and building bone density. Personally I love the Bellicon
Rebounder; it’s fun and easy to use and the legs fold up so you can
store it under a bed or in a closet. It’s a bit of an investment but you’ll

PILLAR TWO - NOURISH
This is not about crash dieting because frankly that just doesn’t work!
This is about nourishing your body and finding a balance that is
sustainable for your body and your life in the long term. It’s all
based on what I call beautifying ‘Fascia Foods’.
But before we get into the details, I’m going to tell you how to
put the 3 Pillars together over the next 7 days, then I’m going
to give you a short background on fascia so you understand
why you’ll be doing all the things you’re going to be doing -
and why they’re going to make you feel so much better!
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Looking at the next 7 days, you’re going to need about 20 minutes Remember this is something you can come back to any time

your life as you can. Remember, these are suggestions - so experiment a little with what feels good for you. Part of doing the

to make these part of your everyday life. Just remember to check in with your Doctor if you are taking any medications or have
