CONTRACT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract is made and entered into this ___________ 2023 at

associated themselves together for the purpose of contributing money to a
common fund with the intention of dividing the profits among themselves
in proportion to their capital contributions subject to existing and
applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

WHEREAS, this contract serves as the primary proof that the

shall be divided equally in proportion to their capital contributions.
