There are on-going acquisition of properties of the Project Affected Person/s (PAPS) to allow entry of DPWH and contractor Personnel into their property to conduct geotechnical investigation of the remaining areas, (2) The suspension of the SIDC Project has no connection with the said petition filed with the Supreme Court of the Lucas-Rodriquez cian, as the same Is In line with the environmental concerns to which this project is duly compliant with.
