Title: Unto Him who is able

Text:
Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask
or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world
without end. Amen.

Theme: God is able to do anything.

Purpose Statement: To inspire the brethren to completely trust in God.

Introduction:
● God is omnipotent.
● There is nothing that God cannot do.
● But there are things that God will not do.
● He is the sovereign power that created the universe and everything in it.
● The same power that holds the stars in their position is the same power that can
hold your life together.
● The same power controls the movements of the planets, controls the movement
of everything around you.
● The same power that created everything we know about by the power of His
spoken word, can also speak to your life and create something out of nothing.
● God is still in control. No matter what politics, economics and religion says, there
is no power above God.
● God still has the final say.
● Your trials are in God’s control the same as your triumph
● Your battles are in God’s control the same as your victory
● Your needs are in God’s control the same with His provisions.
● There is nothing in this world that happens because God missed the out.

This world is trying to convince us that God is not that powerful or that God is not really
able.
● We call doctors before we pray for the sick.
● We buy medicine before we claim healing
● We call someone whe we are in trouble before we call on God
● We expect someone to help us when we are in danger but we are surprised and
astounded when we see God intervene and save us.
There is nothing wrong with
● Seeking medical help
● Asking someone to save us
● Seeking assistance from people or institution to provide for us in times of needs.

But being Apostolics who claim to be living in faith, Let us make sure that our faith
manifests in our life
