$2,500USD is hereby confirmed valid and payment must be released accordingly upon receipt
of the sum of $300USD being payment for final charges. I hereby confirm irrevocably that we
will offer release your funds into your account as here understand upon receipt of the above
mention fees.

This letter guarantee is binding and effective of payment of the above fees. Your refund of
$2,500USD will be deposited in the bank will be released immediately upon confirmation of
the fulfilment of your outstanding obligation on the issue of the above mention fees.

By this guarantee nothing shall be required of you anymore by way of obligation on the account
of this pending fund. I hereby guarantee that there shall be no other impediment.
