The BATANGAS EGG PRODUCERS
COOPERATIVE (BEPCO) was established
last September 30, 2010 with CDA
Registration Number 9520-04017354. The
cooperative has currently 54 members,
composing of farmers, feed millers, and
businessmen involved in the egg industry.
BEPCO has been actively supporting the
development of the livelihood of its members
through production and marketing of fresh and
pasteurized liquid eggs.

Vision
We envision ourselves as the preferred producer of safe and high quality
pasteurized egg products in the Philippines.

Does it satisfy the characteristics of a good Vision Statement?
YES!... WHY?
Based on our Module a Vision has its Characteristics let me elaborate…
1st Compelling “WE ENVISION” there on taking action and overcome
obstacles to achieve it.
2nd Achievable “AS THE PREFERRED” giving priority that inspire action to
people feel it is realistic and can be achieved.
3rd Challenging “SAFE” to be achievable and also challenge and stretch
people.
4th “Aligned “HIGH QUALITY” a work within the context.
5th Inclusive “PHILIPPINES” focus on the interest of a group/area.
6th Distinctive “PASTURIZED EGG PRODUCTS” clean and safe process
relevant to the organization.
7th Clear, the company gives their vision readily communicated and globally
competitive with other companies.

Be the provider of safe and high quality raw materials


for food service, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical
and cosmetic industries.
Ensure and promote pasteurized egg products to
clients.
Partake in the egg industry's journey to sustainability,
continuous improvement, and modernization.
Care and support members to become productive
contributors to the egg industry.
Operate in an efficient manner and friendly to both the
immediate community and the environment.

YES!... WHY?
It contains the components of a Mission Statement.
For providing safe and high quality raw materials for food service, food
manufacturing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries they are the
CUSTOMERS that the company needs to be running off.
GIVING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ensuring and promoting
pasteurized egg products to our consumers.
COMPETING industrial journey for continuous improvement in lined to
the modern world and TECHNOLOGY advancement of the industry.
CONCERNS for its growth and survival that will give sustainable
profit.
The firm also CONCERNS OF EMPLOYEES the care and support for
the members to become productive contributors to the egg industry.
That on their behalf their major competitive advantage is on efficient
manner and friendly to both the immediate community and for the
