D: Did you feel any anxiety before or during the meeting? Why or why not?

➢ No, I was strongly confident, due to the fact that I was eager to listen to my peer’s goals and help out if he had any
request.

E: How valuable was the session with your peer? Explain.

➢ Our coaching session was brilliant, open minded, and most of all we really had the time to discuss in details all
about our goals and what it takes to achieve them.

F: Did you make a commitment to your peer? If yes, what was the commitment that you made?

➢ No, my peer had no request.

G: Did you find anything surprising and/or gain any new insight due to the meeting?

➢ My peer had primarily two goals, Short-term and long-term, but I was really surprised at the same time impressed
by his long term goal, Clear, unique, big-minded.

H: How helpful did you find the coaching session overall? Explain and share your experience honestly.

➢ Nothing feels better than learning and understanding one’s point of view. What your colleague is aiming for, how
you can run it together and aim for greatness.
I: How many minutes did you spend practicing Movement each day (Be honest!)

➢ I’ve always been aiming at improving my exercise daily status, It’s the goal that I started with since the beginning of
2021, From the start, two years ago I could do 20-30 mins working out, and sometimes running, but since
december last year, I’ve been committing 1 full hour for workout in 5 days.

J: If you did not do at least 20 minutes each day, what were the reasons? If you did, what were the reasons?

➢ I do all my exercises mainly to keep in the best shape as I can, most importantly it is one of the best areas that
improve my thoughts, I think big when working out.
