Start Time :- 6 00

The given bar charts illustrate the time schedule of one of the transport companies whereas another
shows the number of complaints per thousand registered from travelers.

Overall, targeted figures were higher than actual in all the recorded years however, in year 2003, the
trend was little different. Whereas on the other side, the registered complaints from passengers were
escalating over the period with a slight dip in year 2001.

Turing back to the graph, in year 1999, the percentages of actual and targeted were 85% and 86%
respective. Although in year 2000, the difference between them was more than 5% approximately.
Meanwhile, at the end of year 2001 and 2002, the proportion for actual was 83% to 84%, but for
targeted, it was similar in both of the years. In contrast to that, a notable exception can be seen in year
2003 where the percentage of actual was higher than targeted ones.

On the other hand, the numbers of complaints were just under 80 per thousand in year 1999 however,
within one year it surged to 100, whereas after that the figure declined to above 80. In the last two
years, the data triggered again reaching to the peak value of 120 complaints per 1000 passengers in year
2003. (200 Words)
