Name: Spiced Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 6 Pork Chops (1.5 kg / 3.3 lbs)
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard Seed
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Whole Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Basil Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dry Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Leaf Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Whole Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Poppy Seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Fennel Seed
- 1 teaspoon Cajuns Choice Blackened Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a small bowl, combine the yellow mustard seed, chili powder, old bay
seasoning, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, crushed red pepper, whole
oregano, basil leaves, ground ginger, onion powder, parsley flakes, paprika, dry
minced garlic, ground nutmeg, ground white pepper, leaf oregano, whole cloves,
ground cumin, poppy seed, ground cinnamon, coriander seed, and fennel seed. Mix
well to create a spice blend.
3. Rub the spice blend evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
5. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
6. Transfer the seared pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven
for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
7. In a small saucepan, combine the Cajuns Choice Blackened Seasoning and soy
sauce. Heat over low heat until warmed through.
8. Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
9. Serve the spiced pork chops drizzled with the Cajun soy sauce mixture.
