◆NPN 接线图 NPN Wire Connection

工作电源：DC24V≥1500mA
工作状态：通光状态时发射器与接收器两边都是亮绿灯，挡光状态时接收器一边亮红灯。
输出状态：通光时 NPN 信号线输出 0V.最大驱动电流≤200mA。挡光时 NPN 信号线无输出，为
悬空。
接线方法：
1、 发射器棕色线 VCC 与接收器棕色线 VCC 相接，再接电源正极+24VDC.
2、 发射器蓝色线 GND 与接收器蓝色线 GND 相连，再接电源负极 OV.
3、 发射器灰色线 CP 与接收器灰色线 CP 相连。
4、 接收器黑色 OSSD1 线接负载，NPN 输出信号为 24V.接继电器正极或者接 PLC 端口。
5、 接收器白色 OSSD2 线接负载，PNP 输出信号为 24V.接继电器正极或者接 PLC 端口。
Working power supply: DC 24V≥1500mA
Working status: On the state of passing light, both sides of the transmitter and
receiver are green light, when the light is blocked, red light is on at the receiver
side.
Output state: When the light is passed, the NPN signal line outputs 0V.The maximum
drive current≤200mA。When light is blocked, both NPN signal line give no output,
which is the floating state.
Connection method:
1. Connect the brown line VCC of the transmitter with the brown line VCC of the
receiver, then connect with power supply +24V.
2. Connect the blue line GND of the transmitter with the blue line GND of the receiver,
then connect with the cathode of the power supply OV.
3. Connect the grey line CP of the transmitter with the grey line CP of the receiver.
4. The output signal of the black line OSSD1 and white OSSD2 of the receiver are
connected with the anode of the load （relay or PLC）then connect 24V.
Notice: If only one output signal line of OSSD1 and OSSD2 is needed to be used. The
other line must be bound up with the insulating tape to avoid causing short circuit!
