At the time of reporting for joining duty candidates should produce the original certificates to prove Educational Qualification, Date of birth, Identity for verification and Certificates of Physical Fitness as prescribed in GO(P)No.20/211/P&ARD Dated:30/6/2011. Original NCLC of candidates Sl.No. 1 & 3 should be verified at the time of their joining duty. ‘The District Medical Officer of Health should verify the above documents before permitting the candidates to join duty and a ’ certificate to this effect should be forwarded to this office. If there is any discrepancy, found the candidates should not be allowed to join duty and the fact should be reported to this office forthwith. After the candidates is allowed to join duty, the copy of identification certificates may be kept in the concerned file under safe custody. ‘The appointment of the candidates are subject to Rule 3(C) of the General Rules of the KS &SSR 1958. The appointment is purely provisional and the candidates is eligible for appointment in regular service only if the character and antecedents are found satisfactory on further verification. The appointment shall be terminated without, further notice, if the appointing authority is not satisfied th their conduct and antecedents on subsequent verification. The entitlement register shall be submitted to Accountant General, Thiruvananthapuram by the candidate within one week from the date of joining duty. The RTC (3 copes}, Appendix 1 and Personal Memorandum received from the candiate should be sent to this office for PSC/Police verification. The appointment shall beregularised only after the receipt of verification certificate from KPSC and Police authorities. The application for correction of date of birth, if any required should be made by the candidates within five years from the date of entry in service. No separate appointment orders will be sent to the candidates. Hence they are directed to download the appointment order from the website www.dhskerala.gov.in.
