1. Dismantling and Assembling (Standard Overhaul)

Experienced & trained turbocharger engineers to do turbocharger overhaul in workshop or on board of
ships.
2. Dynamic Rotor Balancing Machine (Schenck H20 and Schenck H40)
Rotor balancing can help to prevent issues caused by unbalance, reducing noise and vibration and
extending the life of your system
3. Sand Blasting Machine and Wet Cleaning
For maximum cleaning results, we use sand blasting machine (glass beads) to remove any rust stain and
combustion residues that are difficult to remove by normal cleaning.
4. Rotor Shaft and Blade Repair
We are using Gas Tungten Arc Welding (GTAW) for tubine blade build up repair which allows a high
degree of control that yields excellent and more precise results.
5. Unit and Parts Supplier
We can supply quality turbocharger unit complete and parts of any turbocharger brands
