NUMBER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Number purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into 22 – 7 – 2023

(the “Effective Date”), by and between Max Farnandez, (the “Client”) and New
Day Casting Agency, (the “Agency”), collectively “the Parties.”

1. Project Description. Client wishes to buy Jacqueline Fernandez’s manager &

Nora Fatehi’s Manager number to for business purpose. The specific
requirements and the details as stated by Client are as follows:

Client : I want to Buy Number for Business Purpose (I also want to work in
acting field) (Film, Event, Endorsement)

4. Total Advance Fee for Services of sharing Personal Number: 25000/- Rs

(Advance before Number Exchange)
5. Confidentiality. Finding the number of direct artist or is impossible, Only
casting directors have artist’s personal numbers, so we will give you artist or
manager's number, If you want to know their manager names and agency
names we can share names with you before this contract. During the course
of this Agreement, it may be necessary for Client to share proprietary
information, including contact purpose, industry knowledge, and other
confidential information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties. Agency shall forward a number for Client’s

business purposes and to Client’s specifications. If you already have any
number or any link so let me tell. You can verify numbers on true caller only.
If the mobile number is switch off we do not have any liability. If the artist will
not reply you then we do not have any liability. We are not responsible if the
artist provides you their manager's contact information. AGENCY DOES NOT
REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT SAID NUMBER WILL CREATE ANY
ADDITIONAL REPLY, PROFITS, SALES, EXPOSURE, BRAND RECOGNITION, OR
THE LIKE. AGENCY HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO CLIENT IF THE NUMBER DOES
NOT LEAD TO CLIENT’S DESIRED RESULT(S).

7. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY

BE LIABILE TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT SUCH AS, BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFIT OR LOST BUSINESS,
COSTS OF DELAY OR FAILURE OF DELIVERY.

8. Legal Fees. In any condition the payment will not given back. Only for
business purpose you buy this numbers (example: Films, Events, and
Endorsements). In the event of a dispute resulting in legal action, the
successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to
its attorneys’ fees. We will charge different amount on different personality.

9. Imp Note. Artist or manager does not answer you. We do not have any
responsiveness. We cannot do anything if manager has changed. Artist never
pickup unknown calls and never reply unknown numbers.

10. Expectation. My expectation number might be incorrect. Manager could

also be from agency (Exclusive / Non-Exclusive).

11. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding
between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into
and is legal and binding both in the India.

The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by
their signatures as follows:
