Tell me about yourself

 Currently, I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree– I am taking up Business Administration major in

Marketing Management at the Mariano Marcos State University, and my graduation is about to
complete in the next couple of months.
 I have some strong work experience that will help me with this job if I am successful. I worked
for a couple of years as a student in the government sector here in our province. // That helped
me to get confidence in talking to the public. And showed me that this is a job where I will need
to work hard.
 I am a self-motivated, and disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new
things whenever I get a chance.
 I had my internships with the Public Employment Services Office at the Provincial Government
of Ilocos Norte and at CitiGlobal Realty and Development, Inc., a real estate development
company here in the Philippines where I learned the importance of being responsible in the
workplace and gained valuable industry knowledge.

What is your motivation

 Using my problem-solving skills, hard work and perseverance to overcome a challenge is

personally satisfying. Successfully completing a task accurately and on time gives me a sense of
accomplishment and motivates me to do a good job.

What are your strengths or weaknesses?

 My people skills are my greatest strength. I find it easy to connect with almost anyone, and I
often know how to empathize with others in an appropriate way.
 Also, I am very honest. When I feel that my workload is too large to accept another task, or if I
don't understand something, I always let my supervisor know.
weakness
 I tend to be overly critical of myself. Whenever I complete a project, I can’t help but feel that I
could have done more even if my work received a positive response. This often leads me to overwork
myself and leaves me feeling burned out. Over the past few years, I’ve tried to take time to look at my
achievements objectively and celebrate those wins. This has not only improved my work and my
confidence, but it has helped me to appreciate my support systems that are always behind me in
everything I do.

What is your expected salary?

 Sir, I am a fresher. So, I don’t want to give priority to salary. This is a big platform to start my
career and I also want to improve my knowledge and skill and gain experience. So, I expect a
considerable of salary according to my ability and your company’s norms which will fulfill my
economical needs.
I would be a dog because I love being around other people. Much like a dog, I’m happiest when I get to
engage with groups, and I enjoy supporting those around me.”
