PRODUCTION FLOW

The process in making BUKO-BHIE is through human force. The quality of BUKO-BHIE is
guaranteed because it is created by the reliable employee. The steps and explanation for each
production process are as follows; Figure 1 shows the production process using a flow chart.

SEPARATE THE LUMPIA WRAPPER FROM EACH OTHER

 In-order- to create a clean wrapping, separate the lumpia wrappers from each other
thoroughly.

COOK THE CHOSEN FILLING

 BUKO-BHIE offers 2 types of filling namely, ube and buko. Start cooking the chosen filling,
add the secret ingredient.

REST THE FILLING UNTIL COLD

 Before wrapping the filling let it cool down first.

WRAP THE FILLING USING THE LUMPIA WRAPPER

 When the filling is cold, start wrapping it with lumpia wrapper.

POUR OIL INTO THE FRYING PAN

 Make sure that the frying pan is already heated before pouring oil on it.

SET THE FIRE TO MEDIUM HEAT

 When frying BUKO-BHIE make sure to maintain the heat. It will prevent your lumpia from
getting burned.

FRY THE LUMPIA

 When the oil is ready, start frying.

FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

 Do not over fry the lumpia, golden brown is the perfect color.

REST FOR 5 MINUTES

 After frying let is rest for 5 minutes to drain the oil from the inside.

PUT IN A PACKAGING

 Start packaging for the orders.
