The process in making BUKO-BHIE is through human force. The quality of BUKO-BHIE is
guaranteed because it is created by the reliable employee. The steps and explanation for each
production process are as follows; Figure 1 shows the production process using a flow chart.
In-order- to create a clean wrapping, separate the lumpia wrappers from each other
thoroughly.
BUKO-BHIE offers 2 types of filling namely, ube and buko. Start cooking the chosen filling,
add the secret ingredient.
Make sure that the frying pan is already heated before pouring oil on it.
When frying BUKO-BHIE make sure to maintain the heat. It will prevent your lumpia from
getting burned.
Do not over fry the lumpia, golden brown is the perfect color.
After frying let is rest for 5 minutes to drain the oil from the inside.
