position similar to office-primarily based work. The top management is the final delivery of
authority, they manipulate targets and policies for an initiative. They commit greater time to plan
and coordinating functions.

Other than that, we can summarize the role of top management as follows. Top
organizational control regulations will set objectives. The problems they face are the most important
for the construction of subdivision procedures, schedules, and budgets. It may even rent the
