I, am Capt. Atilla KARAKAS, hereby declere that CT 1P/S – CT 2C – CT 3P/S and Deck
Tanks P/S have been cleaned and inspected on 08th Aug 2023. The condition of the tanks are
clean and the previous cargo content of the tanks are zero ''0'' ppm ammonia and the oxygen
level is less than 2.0 %.
