Whatever is happening in your experiences, do not fight them.
You may say,
"But Robert, my experience is terrible." It makes no difference, do not fight your experiences. Merely observe them, watch them, do not react to them. Do nothing. Oh, your body will do whatever it has to do. But do not react to your anger. Do not react to your doubt. Change your mind as fast as possible. When doubt comes to you, when anger comes to you, when fear comes to you, do not entertain it. But start doing a mantra. Sing a spiritual song. Do japa. Do whatever you have to do to get rid of the situation at the moment. And then go on with your deeper spiritual practices. But do not entertain fears, doubts, anger.
