2023 approved the Book Closure / Record Date to decide entitlement for Dividend for
2022-23. The details are as follows:

The Register of Members will remain closed from 21st September 2023 to

27th September 2023 (both days inclusive)

In respect of shares held in physical form, to those Members whose names

appear in the Register of Members on 27th September 2023 and

In respect of shares held in electronic form, to those Members whose names

appear in the list of Beneficial Owners furnished by National Securities
iii. Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited
(CDSL), the Depositories, as at the end of business hours on 20th September
2023, the Record date.”

The dividend of Re. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up, is subject to the
approval of the Members at the 52nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on
27th September 2023 and would be paid/warrants dispatched on or before Wednesday,
the 25th October 2023.
