Green Chickpea Pizza

INGREDIENTS
1 wholemeal (or gluten free) wrap(s)
2/3 cup(s) broccoli chopped
1/2 cup(s) zucchini chopped
1/4 cup(s) capsicum (green) chopped
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil (extra virgin)
1/2 cup(s) baby spinach
4 olives (green) halved
1/3 cup(s) chickpeas (tinned) drained and rinsed
1/2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese grated
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 lemon(s) juice
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
2. Chop the broccoli, zucchini & capsicum into chunks and slice the green olives in half
3. Drizzle the wrap with olive oil, followed by baby spinach, green veggies, olives and chickpeas.
4. Sprinkle over the parmesan and add salt & pepper to taste.
5. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
6. Remove and squeeze over lemon juice to serve.
