�. INTRODUCTION
YL-SKII is a �-axis milling machine with high precision, could mill common materials,
such as premills and Glass Ceramic and so on. With an unique milling way, could satisfy
various requirements of restoration processing. The ���mm Innovative opened clamp,
matched with a second clamp,could improve the usage rate of the blocks, increased
��% -��% with saving more material than before. The Aluminum frame on the bilateral
of machine confirm the machine cute in outlook and colorful, enhance the whole
appearance. With an optimized front-plate, confirm the operation more smoothly.
Equipped with an Air Cylinder Flexible Magazine,could protect the Magazine and the
Tool Instrument from the influence of powders and chippings.

�. TRANSPORTATION
CAUTION!!
To confirm a continuous normal use, we require the operators and maintainer are
qualified to transfer and pack, so please read these cautions below carefully.

�.� Handing Safety Rules


Please take care of the centre-of-gravity position of the equipment, because it must
delivered vertically! Do not remove the machine out of its centre-of-gravity, or it maybe
cause the equipment sloped and dropped.
Please take care of the weight and direction marked on the outer packing box, try to
confirm the balance during your delivery process.
When handing with a hoisting machinery, should confirm a uniform bearing stress
around the machine, and try to release rocking and collision during the handing process.
When raised and lowered, please keep constant attention on the equipment if it is
sloped, and confirm the Height of Packing as low as possible.

�.� PACKING
The outer packing is composed with a wooden base, cotton and paper surroundings,
then wooden box outside. This is an unique designed packing way, could avoid physical
damage and other damages in the maximum during the transportation process. To
avoid damage,corrosion or other possible breakge, please do not disassemble the outer
packing carton before installation. When disassemble the package, try to ensure the
integrity of the package for the purpose of resume if need to return the equipment to the
factory.

�. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
�.� Installation requirement
Installation place must satisfy these conditions below:
➀ Forbidden to operate the equipment under extremely oil, solvent or moisture
environment; Forbidden to operate under polluted air condition; The equipment
platform should be flat and stable,the flatness of installation area should be below �mm,
the slopes ≤�℃ per square meter.
➁ The equipment placement platform should bear more than ���KG in weight with a
stable support to avoid the shocking during the process to avoid the influence to the
process precision .

➂ The space between the equipment and wall should be ��-��cm to confirm space
between the line and pipe and regular air circulate.
➃ The Regular and stable ���Vpower supply is needed; we suggest use a Voltage
Stabilizer and the Separated Wiring to confirm normal ground connection.
➄ Air supply �-�bar, no water no oil, regular flow. Suggested equipped with an indepen-
dent Air Tank and Air Dry Filter.
➅ Must equipped with an engineering Dust Collector, or Central Dust Collection Device.

�.� Internet
The equipment and computer must connected in one network with same IP, or use USB
for transmit.

The recommended configuration for typesetting software is as follows:

Caution:
Put the equipment wiring into the independent fuse wiring,or confirm no other
equipment connected into the same power source, to avoid voltage fluctuation.
Because great voltage fluctuation could cause control disturbances and system failures.

�.� Installation Instructions


☆Take the fillers out of the chamber.
☆Before the first operation, you must take the filler out of the chamber, the fillers could
prevent the damage of principle axil and machine during transportation.
☆Take the fillers out of the chamber.
☆Clean the chippings of the fillers out of the chamber.
☆Put the fillers away for the next transfer using.
☆Forbid to operate the machine under the circumstance of the extreme oil, solvent or
steam surroundings.
☆Forbid to operate in polluted surroundings.

Attention:
The incoming compressed air pumped into the machine must no oil and dry, or may
damage the Spindle and the Electric Elements.

Upload the inner procedure

Add the outer system(such as Web or USB,.etc) into the system.

Delete the processing procedure from the system.
�. START
Set up the machine, and operate the loaded processing procedure.
�. Life span of the cutter/milling burs
Could display the corresponding tools Using Condition and reset by clicking the cutter’s
number if needed.
�. RESET
Stop all operation of the equipment, and reset the system.
�. PAUSE
Pause the normal operation,keep the Spindle rotary.
�. Next Page
Load in next operate page.
�. Processing State
Display the name of loaded system, processing state, processing time, and the current
tool number.

�. Frontage: Each axis rotate to the right side up position of the preset clamp.
�. Clamp Location: Each axle operated to the convenient preset position.
�. Magazine door: To control the door opened or closed.The button comes into effect
only until all axis operated in a security location
�. Tool setting: Test the Tool Length of current axle clamped.
�. Air blow:Open or close the air blow Solenoid Valve.
�. Loosen or clamp tool: Loosen or close the clamp head of the principle axis.
�. Software installation: Load software to changing or upgrading the system software
from outer medium.
�. T�: Replace the current clamped tool of the principle axle to confirm all back to preset
security location.
�. Network settings: set the network IP and the sharing catalog.
��. Maintainence: Display the information of the system.
Attention:
The processing area is the dangerous area, forbid to open the door during processing.

�. Double click the icon then operate the hyperDENT V�.�.


�. Choose tool ”YL-SKII”.

�. Choose the corresponding clamp.


�. Load the processing data.

�. Put the connecting rod in right place.


If there is no information file or error reading
the information file, then need to set manually of the processing way and mark the
characteristic line.

�. Optimize the data inside the blank height if needed.


�. Choose single or multiple data to calculate the tool path.
�. Merge the calculated NC procedure into the equipment by Sharing or USB.

�. GUARANTEE
�.� Warranty
�. One year warranty for whole machine, except consumables (tools, filter, test materials,
etc.)
�. Within the warranty service, if the machine breakdown,the technician of Party A, need
to give FREE guidance (call or long-distance guide) to Party B, assist solving the issues
within ��hours after received the maintenance requirements.
�. Within the warranty service, after received maintenance requirement from Party B, if
the calling/online guidance could not solve the fault, Party A need to arrange techni-
cians give remote assistance, or provide a standby equipment to Party B for FREE. Party
B return back the broken equipment to the named place for FREE maintenance, the
freight is on Party A.
�. Equipment breakdown out of the warranty period, after Party B reported the mainte-
nance requirement, Party A technician need to response within ��hours, assist Party B
solve the issues by call or remote assistance.
�. Out of warranty period, if Party B report the maintenance requirement, call/web could
not solve the fault, Party A will arrange technician to give remote assistance according to
the fault degree, if repair onsite is necessary, Party B need to afford the cost of technician
travel expense, man-hour cost, and the consumable cost. Or Party A provide a standby
equipment, and Party B expressed the breakdown one to the named place for repair.
The cost of standby equipment, double-way freight for broken equipment, technician
man-hour cost and the consumables are all on Party B.

�.� Training
�. Party A is responsible for equipment installation, testing and usage training for �days
(provide remote training assistance to oversea clients.
�. Training details: equipment operation, maintenance, composing, etc., confirm the
clients technician could operate, maintain and manage the equipment independently.
�. Software details for operation, please follow the official instruction files.
