4-year teacher education course (Online interview). They are graduates of other
four-year courses but not teacher education. Ask them the following questions:

A. What difficulties are they experiencing in teaching?

 He is experiencing difficulties because he lacks competence in teaching

methods and strategies; he is having problems generating instructional
resources such as modules, syllabuses, and other teaching materials; and
he is having difficulty managing the class.
