ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• GICC programmes are offered to people of all ages, adults and children alike, from within as well as from outside the GIIS community
• Admission is open all round the year
• Attendance in class will be considered as confirmation of admission in the programme
• Fee is charged from the month of joining to the remaining months of the term, except in June and December when the
fee is charged only for one month.
• Fee is charged on monthly basis and not pro-rata.
• Fee is excluding any material cost that may be necessary for some programmes
• GICC fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Changing programme in the middle of the term is NOT allowed
• NO replacement classes are offered if a student is absent
• Written withdrawal notice is required to be submitted, one month in advance, to gicc.sg@globalindianschool.org for withdrawal
from a GICC programme.

GICC FEE SETTLEMENT METHODS

✓ PayNow* (without transaction fee) - Can ONLY be settled physically at the Campus on Fridays from 9 AM - 4:30 PM and on
Saturdays from 9 - 12:30 PM except on public holidays.
* This payment option is only available at GIIS SMART Campus
✓ Online payment (with transaction fee of 3.5%) - Please click on the invoice number of the GICC invoice emailed to your registered
email address to settle the payment using your debit or credit card.
