Feedback from Departments Regarding Two-Day Weekend
Based on the feedback from various departments, it seems that the
implementation of a two-day weekend has been generally positive, with most
departments not reporting any issues. The Merchandising department in
particular seems to be in favor of the two-day weekend, as it has helped their
team maintain a healthy work-life balance and improve their efficiency. The
Engineering division also believes that the two-day weekend has had a positive
impact on their mental and physical well-being, and has increased their
commitment to completing work within the given time frame.
However, the PPC department has reported some difficulties with the two-day
weekend, specifically with regards to transportation and the need to support
factories for smooth operations. It may be worth addressing these concerns to
ensure that all departments are able to function smoothly with the new schedule.
Overall, it seems that the two-day weekend has been beneficial for most
departments and has helped to improve morale and efficiency.

PPC Yes - Their Job is related with production,
Factory is open on Saturday and
maximum members of PPC team need to
go to the factory so cannot enjoy your
given leave.
- Main difficulties to go to the factory is
Transportation . As driver enjoys 2 days
leave they goes to their village home.
Myself & my team member cannot reach
factory on time.
- On each Saturday we have to attend
Weekly Production Review Meeting at
Ashulia and most of the Coordinator’s
are found availing weekly off.
Coordinator’s attending duty on Saturday
doesn’t get any benefit.
- Ha-meem is a Production Based
Company and we need to support
Factories for their smooth Operation. On
Saturday Factories are unable to contact
HR, PSM, Chemical Procurement and
P&E Department as they avail weekly
off on that day thus few Emergency
works are also getting delayed.
