Necessary for a good success of the container (see chapter regarding the process) while the cooling of the ovens Unit is necessary to avoid the overheating and the damage ofthe preform holder and of the threads ofthe preform with consequent deformation ‘The water system utiizes water coming from system availabe inthe place of installation of the machine or from a centralized system of refrigeration (chile ‘The pneumatic system ofthe blowing machine is composed of two separated circuits (non lubricated air) = auniliaies circuit or service air (forthe movement of the various devices pneumatically controlled) = blowing circuit (forthe blowing ofthe preforms, max 40 bar) “The two circuits are usually supplied by two distinct compressors (one of high and one of low pressure) supplied together with the machine or else, regarding the service air, itis possible obtaining itn at least 2 manners: - directly from the airline available in the place of installation (compressor of low pressure ai already existent) - through the air recovery system called ARS ‘The pneumatic and water supplies coming from the auxiliaries (chiler and compressors) are connected to the machine through a suitable manifold group called external manifold and from here distributed to the machine ‘according toa layout that willbe analyzed in next paragraphs, 2.
