PHOENOCARE SC system sensors contactlessly detect

Splice integrity monitoring

Identifying the splices

To identify a specific splice, it must have an individual
address. This address is generated by means of the
polarity of small permanent magnets.

Sensors
The sensors to read the addresses of the splices are
identical with the sensors reading the measuring marks for
determining the belt speed. The sensors are mounted at
the conveyor frame.

Industrial computer
All data and digital signals evaluated by the sensors are
