Warranty Kool Energy
WARRANTY PERIOD
The standard warranty period for portable solar system- Kool Energy is 24 months (2 years) from
the date of purchase. The end customer needs to provide the valid purchasing invoice to verify
the date of purchase.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
In case of a faulty portable solar system during the agreed warranty period, please report defective
modules with a brief error description to our service hot-line for registering and send your
warranty card to our service department by email to process the warranty claim. To make a claim
under the warranty periods, you need provide
If the solar system is faulty while it is under warranty period, it will be:
Repaired by seller, or
Repaired on-site, or
Exchanged with a refurbished one
If the solar system needs to be exchanged, the remainder of the warranty period will be transferred
to the replacement unit, i.e. the warranty period of the original device will continue. In this event,
you will not receive a new warranty card, and this replacement will be registered by CNBM-SA.
The warranty includes the cost of work and material necessary to regain faultless functioning
modules. All other costs, particularly transport, travel and accommodation cost of CNBM-SA
personnel as well as costs of your own staff are not included in the warranty. Furthermore, claims
for compensation for direct or indirect damages arising from the defective module are not covered
by the warranty. Faulty module and components should be returned to CNBM-SA, they must be
packed in their original or equivalent packaging for transportation. CNBM-SA keeps the right to
arrange the warranty service for end users and to use third parties for performing warranty
services.
All warranty services are free of charge only if the action is agreed with Solarway suppliers in
advance.
Exclusion of Warranty
Damage caused by any following activities are not covered by the warranty:
In case of product failure caused by the above conditions, the customer requires maintenance
service. After being judged by the service department of our company, paid maintenance service
can be provided.

Fault Handling
Warning: there is high voltage inside the machine! Do not open it or try to repair it by
yourself, so as to avoid the risk of electric shock!
