PREFACE
1. These technical notes have been prepared for the training and
enhancement of aircraft technical knowledge of Engine technicians
attending G-6000 Aircraft Type Rating Course (TRC) at PAF Base
Nurkhan, Containing information about Navigation and Communication
systems of G-6000 Aircraft.

2. All endeavors have been made to ensure that notes are up-to-
date and error free, however as manmade precise, there shall always
be room for improvement. Moreover PAF being a dynamic organization
continuously makes improvement in the system through modifications
and development in the hardware / software and changing operational
conditions which make it imperative to review the precise regularly and
consistently. Students and personnel having access to this book are
requested to provide their feed back in this regard.

3. As this publication shall be rarely amended, the holder is

reminded that it is his responsibility to keep the notes up- to –date by
reference to Air Publication, and Technical Orders as applicable.

4. An effort has been made to make the Navigation and

Communication systems of G-6000 aircraft simpler and understandable
by a person of average intelligence.

Desire Learning Objectives

On completion of this course the students will be able to

1. Know about the general information of G-6000 Aircraft used in Pakistan

Air Force.

(Communication systems, Flight Information systems, Navigation systems,
Electronics Counter Measure (ECM) systems and as well as Audio and Video
