Greetings!
Pursuant to the objectives of Bataan Heroes College, which is to equip its graduates with the skills and
training needed in their future job, the College includes On-the-Job Training (OJT) in the Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering curriculum and is scheduled every Summer/Mid-year classes. This course
will help the students familiarize themselves with the work that they will undertake after graduation.

Believing in the reputation and commitment of your company in helping academic institutions achieve
their objectives by providing avenue for the student to practice the theories and knowledge they have
learned in the classroom; we humbly recommend Ms. JHOANNA ELLAINE DELGADO to undergo
On-the-Job Training.

The trainee is a bona fide 3rd year Civil Engineering student of this College and is required to complete
240 hours of On-the-Job Training. It is understood that he/she shall abide by the regulations of your
company and accomplish whatever requirements your company demands.

A rating sheet shall be provided to you after he/she finishes the 240 OJT hours requirement of the
program. Your very kind consideration will be greatly appreciated. The trainee is fully aware that no
employee-employer relationship exists between him/her and your company as a result of this
On-the-Job Training. Also, if there are any health protocols that your organization will require to our
students, please do not hesitate to communicate with us and inform our student. We are also glad to
discuss these protocols with you.
