(house v home)

A house is built with bricks and stone,

But a home is made with love alone.

A house can shelter you from rain,

But a home can ease your pain.

A house is just a place to stay,

But a home is where you want to play.

A house is a structure, cold and bare,

But a home is filled with love and care.

A house is where you eat and sleep,

But a home is where memories you'll keep.

A house is a physical space,

But a home is where you find your grace.

A house can be bought and sold,

But a home is priceless, beyond gold.

A house is where you reside,

But a home is where you come alive.

A house is just a building, plain to see,

But a home is where you feel happy and free.

So don't confuse a house for a home,

For the latter is where your heart will roam
