ATIUD ER Attitude is an unfavorable or favorable evaluation, emotional feeling and action tendencies of an individual towards a particular situation or task . There are two types of Attitude 1. Positive 2. Negative 1. Positive attitude means being optimistic about some situations, interactions and yourself. In Positive attitude, an individual remains hopeful and thinks about future progress. 2. Negative attitude means always having doubts on others. It is a pessimistic approach of an individual towards a particular situation or object and such person doesn't have any faith in future progress or development. MAJOR FACTORS INVOLVE IN THE FORMATION OF ATTITUDE. 1. Psychology : plays a very important role in the formation of attitude as it is related to the mental ability of an individual towards a particular thing or situation. 2. Family : is the most powerful source that influence individual's attitude .The parents and other family members always provide detailed information about various things that effects individual's thinking. 3. Personal experience : Direct personal experience is also helpful in the alteration of an individual's attitude because our good and bad experiences of a particular thing divert our thinking. 4. Society : Society is also responsible for the formation of attitude as it includes different types of cultures, rituals and traditions which effect individual's thinking. 5. Economical factor: some people believe that economical condition or financial background of an individual also effect the formation of attitude. The people who belong from upper economical class have different choices then the people who belong from lower economical class. CHARACTERISTICS OF POSITIVE ATTITUDE. 1. POSITIVE attitude is always optimistic as it holds/contains hopes about the future progress. 2. POSITIVE attitude makes an individual to think creative ideas with productive results 3. With POSITIVE attitude an individual always encourages himslef/herself and others too achieve the central goal of a particular task. 4. With POSITIVE attitude an individual can boardly face the difficulties and challenges occurs in the accomplishing of the task. 5. POSITIVE attitude also gives self confidence and self respect to an individual. HOW AN INDIVIDUAL CAN ADOPT POSITIVE ATTITUDE 1. by doing attentive listening in internal dialoges or communication in a particular profession develops a positive attitude in an individual 2. If an individual having the habit to take initiative to help others and encourages others and motivates others to adopt such behavior is also necessary to develop positive attitude. 3. An individual should explain any kind of difficulty with the other co workers and tries to resolve it with their help. A. If there is any criticism or conflict happens in a work one shouldn't lose his/ her temper. 5. An individual should try to develop a sprit of operation with others. CREATIVITY... Creativity is the ability of an individual by which an individual discovers new ideas, alternatives and possibilities regarding a particular task or things or a situation. PROCESS OF CREATIVITY.. 1. ASSOCIATING: In this process an individual always discovers new ides regarding a particular task . 2. Questioning : In this process an individual ask some questions to himself/ herself and others regarding the validity of that particular idea. 3. Observing: in this process an individual evaluate the response or feedback of other members regarding that particular idea. 4. Networking : in this process an individual develops a group or team to make reticle applications for that particular idea. 5. Experimenting : final process of creativity in which the validity of new idea Is examine through different experiments and gets fruitful/productive results. BARRIERS IN CREATIVITY... 1. Funding, lack of knowledge ,equipment Interest 2.Making assumptions : if an individual make some assumptions about a particular idea or thing such person will not able to create any type of creativity. 3. Cultural barrier: some time some people are unable to involve themselves in particular task that requires some creativity because there cultural believes and fear of orthodox tradition restrict them. 3. Emotional barrier: a lot of people have strong emotional attachment to the existing pattern of world the result they feel uncomfortable with new changes. 4. Stress : an creativity work done with a relax mind or a healthy body. If an individual is having any kind of stress such person will not able to generate creative ideas. 5. Overbelief on logics : if an individual is having Overbelief on different logics about a particular thing it will create obstacles in the process of creativity.
