ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

I. NAME OF ACTIVITY: Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony during the

Opening of Classes for the School Year 2021 – 2022

II. Date and Time: September 13, 2021 at 7:30 a.m.

III. Venue: Caghalo Elementary School

IV. Description of Activity

a. Objective: To participate in the nationwide simultaneous flag raising
ceremony during the opening of classes
b. Highlights:
Caghalo Elementary School welcomes the new school year by joining the
nationwide flag raising ceremony.The School Principal Mr.Ramon M. Tajanan
together with the teachers gathered around 7:30 in the morning for the said
activity.
c. List of Issues for Resolution:
None
d. Participant’s Feedback:
Conducting flag ceremony on the first day of classes mark a good start of the
new school year.Following safety health protocols like wearing of face mask
and social distancing,all the teachers were present and actively participated in
the singing of our national anthem.
e. Design of Event:
September 13 marks the start of another school year.As we formally begin
another year for teaching and learning,our school joins the nationwide flag
ceremony.This was participated by our school principal and teachers.
f. Audience Participation:
The school principal together with twelve teachers joined the flag raising
ceremony during the opening of classes for the school year 2021 – 2022.
g. Logistical Arrangement:
At exactly 7:30 in the morning the Caghalo Teaching Force gathered around to
join the nationwide flag raising ceremony with Ms. Mirasol D. Llosa, a grade
three teacher as the song leader. Group picture was done before we go back to
oue respective classrooms to perform our duties.
