PSIB Training Program – Undertaking for Relocation and Fees Obligation

I, [Divya Ramdas Thakre], Son/daughter of [Ramdas Vikram Thakre], born on [21/07/2000],

holding PAN Card number [BVCPT5361F], hereby undertake the following:

1) I confirm that I am pursuing ESG certification from Professional School of Indian Banking and
would be offered a job opportunity in Bangalore, post my Training Completion.

2) I understand and acknowledge that the relocation to Bangalore for the job opportunity
is my responsibility and that PSIB is not liable for any expenses related to my
relocation.

3) I declare that I am fully aware of PSIB's Training fee process and agree to comply with it. If I
refuse to join the said organization after successfully clearing the interview, I accept that it
will be my obligation to clear PSIB's Training fees in its entirety.

4) I understand that failure to fulfill my fee obligations to PSIB, after refusing the job offer,
may result in legal action being taken against me.
