Legal Notice: Ongoing Tax Case Decided

Dear Parth Shukla,

We write to inform you that the ongoing tax case, which commenced in 2021, has now been decided by the
appropriate authorities. The judgment in this matter has found you, the plaintiff, guilty of misrepresentation of
documents and knowingly hiding income.

Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that you are required to remit the aforementioned amount of $20000 CAD to the
Canada Revenue Agency within 45 days from the date of this notice. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in
the initiation of legal proceedings and enforcement actions to recover the outstanding tax liability.

We would like to stress the seriousness of the charges against you. Misrepresentation of documents and knowingly
hiding income are considered grave offenses under Canadian tax laws. Such actions undermine the integrity of our
tax system and create an unfair burden on law-abiding citizens.

It is crucial that you fully understand the consequences of your actions and take immediate steps to rectify the
situation. We encourage you to consult with a tax professional to ensure that all outstanding tax obligations are met,
and any necessary corrective measures are undertaken.

Furthermore, we would like to notify you that all other charges related to tax de-fraudment, previously levied against
you, have been dropped. This decision is based on a thorough examination of the evidence and a reassessment of
your tax affairs.
