TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that based on our office records, one of the

landholdings owned by LUCIO EBARLE, as described on the originally registered Title No. T-
1681 (PSU-153668) covering an area of about 17.2492 hectares, situated in Brgy. Tagcatong,
Carmen, Agusan del Norte was under the coverage of Comprehensive Agrarian Reform
Program (CARP) through Voluntary Land Transfer (VLT)

Certifying further that after the evaluation on the area for acquisition only 10.1492
hectares was approved. The claims with mountainous-under developed lots from 2 to 5 as
drawn on ASP No. BSD-10-001778 (AR) dated January 3, 1992 were not compensated under
the program.

This certification is issued upon the request of the Leodegario Jualo for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
