Function: for galvanizing all kinds of big size spar parts ,steel bars to make the goods more
bright and anti-rust and color.

There are total 3 plating tanks for this equipment,each drum one time can load about 100kg steel
bar with size 2-3m, about 15-20 minutes can finish one plating tank. Each drum alternatively
galvanized.
The formulation for galvanizing is: put the steel barand use hoist to put the barrel to Galvanized
liquid for galvanization , after galvanization, use the hoist to put the barrel to passivating liquid
for passivation, and then use a hoist to put the barrel to water to wash the goods.

Hanging Galvanizing Line

1.Driving track, support frame, flat cable track part (19 meters)
1. 100 × 80 × 4mm thick hot-dip galvanized square tube is used for driving rail.
3. The 80 × 80 × 4mm square tube is used for the support frame on both sides.

10. Apply anti-rust paint (dark gray) after welding and polishing. Spray sky blue lacquer all over.
