Part 2 :
Staying in good shape is everyone’s concern and I am no exception. To be honest, I have
been so caught up in my study since I entered university that I have a problem in organizing my
daily routine. However, I have been participating in a yoga class for about 2 years, which takes
me only 1 hour a day, to try to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Unlike dancing or running, yoga definitely involves stretching actions. You might look

at yoga and think that it is light and easy but it is more demanding than it appears. Yoga allows
me to work on all the parts of my body. It can burn a lot of calories in just one hour of training.
Also, it enhances my flexibility and suppleness in every single movement.

What I enjoy the most about yoga is meditation. It is all about regulating your breathing and
helping you take things off your mind easily. Another thing is that doing yoga is supposed to be
good for curing headaches and digestion related problems, so it benefits not only physical well-
being but also mental health.

By maintaining a schedule of taking part in the yoga class on a daily basis, I feel extremely
relaxed and full of energy after the class. It helps me to keep fit and refresh my mind after a
long stressful day. And of course, I don’t see myself stopping practicing this activity any time
soon.

are several badminton courts built last year for those who wanna play badminton on a daily basis.

5. What are the most popular ways of keeping healthy in your country?
Well, it depends on different age groups,  On the one hand, young people
fancy keeping fit in more energetic ways, like playing sport and taking part in

centres so that they can be inspired or forced to take regular exercise by a
personal trainer. On the other hand, the elderly/older people may choose
from a wide range of selections to keep healthy, like having a more well-
rounded diet or recipe or focusing more on health care products, like fish oil

Part 2:
Well I’m so excited to tell you about Giang who is my close friend and she’s also a person that I
really admire. I still remember vividly that we met each other around 1 year ago at our office. At
that time, I was a new employee in an company located in a hustling and bustling district in
Hanoi. I have to say that the working procedure of the company was quite completed and I was
struggling to follow it in the beginning.

So to tell you more about Giang, she has been working there for more than 3 years. It means
that she deeply understood the steps involved in the working process. Honestly, she looked
serious and unapproachable in the very first days so I felt reluctant to ask her for help. She has a
long black hair cover her oval face, moreover, she has a thick glasses that makes me feel she is
very strict. One day, there was a project and we were assigned to complete it together. Thanks to
this chance, I got to know more about her. It turned out that she was an introvert so she rarely
communicated with other workmates if they were not so close, hence she’s very careful in
choosing a friend. In terms of work, she is considered a
highly disciplined and responsible person. She’s a friend that I could count on and she also gave
me a lot of sound advice to get pay rises.

Sadly, my company opened more branches in different districts so Giang’s now my opposite
number. However, that doesn’t dilute our friendship. We still have video calls with each other
several times a week to get updated about each other’s life and support each other when needed.
I feel so happy because I have a competent and moral friend in life.

Part 3

1. I guess I do, I tend to make friends easily, so I have many of them. I just love being around
people and just get me into a room filled with strangers and in no time most of them will be my
friends.

2. Friendship plays an essential part in our lives because they can help you celebrate good times
and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a
chance to offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also: Increase your sense of belonging
and purpose.
3. I try to meet my friends at least once a month, which may not seem much, but that seems to
be enough for me to keep each other updated about our lives by talking about the issues that are
affecting our lives on a daily basis. With the passage of time, we have got busy and can't meet
each other every day or even every other day despite the fact that we really enjoy spending time
together.

4. In my opinion , some good qualities for A good friend might be friendly, considerate,

thoughtful, caring, gentle, and generous. There’s sincerity with everything they do for you, and
they never expect anything in return.

5. there are friends who change your life for good and then there are those toxic friendships that
leave you emotionally drained and disappointed. And we can easily see these qualities from
toxic friends by there actions such as they don’t spend time for us, they make fun of us or
never keep their promises with you..
Part 3:
1. Do you like living in the city or in the countryside? Why?
I like living in the countryside because of some reasons. Firstly, it is a peaceful place. The air is
fresh. The space is quiet. We can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about
pollution.

Moreover, life in countryside is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed
because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are
very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better place
than cities.

2. What are disadvantage of living in the city/countryside?

Well in my opinion, there are some disadvantage of living countryside such as limited job
oppoturnities, the electricity and the internet connection might be weaker. Finally, living in the
countryside does not have many places to go shopping or to buy things.

Well in my opinion, there are some disadvantages of living in the city such as expensive cost of
living, less natural spaces, pollution. Furthermore, in the city, the rate of crime is higher than in
the countryside.

3. What are best things about your hometown?

In my hometown, there are many factors that that I have many friends who live there with me
such a long time so they can help me every time I need. Moreover, my hometown is in the
countryside is very peaceful and quiet, the air is very fresh and cool because there are many
trees. Finally, the food in our hometown is amazing, we have a chance to enjoy different local
foods.

4. Which city/province/country would you like to live in?

I would like to live in HCM city because it is the most developed city in Vietnam with a strong
economy. I can see many skyscrapers and modern buildings, luxury shopping malls and stores
where I can find many things. Secondly, is the amazing cuisine. If you have been to Vietnam,
you probably have heard about Com Tam, Banh Trang, Hu Tieu, I really want to try these food
in Ho Chi Minh city.
Part 2

A few months ago, I went to the South of Vietnam for a vacation with my

family. It’s was to the lovely coastal city of Nha Trang, which is also a very

famous tourist destination. We decided to go on this vacation because my

daughter and my sons were enjoying a summer vacation so my parents took this

chance to have this trip.  It was one of the most memorable experiences for me so

far. This is a great topic and I would like to thank you for the opportunity to let me

talk about it.

I was so excited for the trip that I prepared everything such as my clothes,

camera a week in advance. It took about an hour to fly there, and luckily, the flight

took off on time. The trip began with an incredible view from the airplane window

and I can still remember being quite happy by the beauty of my city from above

and the amazing sunset.

We stayed in a double-room in a big hotel with a view of a beach, my

children were very happy, they came to the balcony to enjoy the wind and to look

at the sea. The time we spent in Nha Trang was memorabe. We got to try out so

many new things such as skydiving, surfing, and diving to see the coral reef. This

place has one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam with deep blue water and

white sand. Also, the food there was so unique and delicious. I think the most

memorable moment of that trip though was definitely when we bought fresh

ingredients from a local market and grilled them by the beach. Sitting there by the

fire on a colorful night with the delicious seafood was an amazing experience.

This was such a memorable holiday for the whole family because for a long

time we did not enjoy a vacation together,

quickly, however, some places we go people do not use it, they use cash.
