We are pleased to inform you that the competent authority has selected you for your appointment as “Executive” with MACK
Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors (P) Ltd. at our Mumbai Branch.

Your immediate Reporting Manager will be Mr. Sudhir Shah (Director and Branch Head).

Terms and Conditions of your employment are as under:

1.1 Working Hours: Your working hours will be from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday). However, in case of exigencies
you may be required to stay back beyond above said working hours.

1.2 Date of Appointment: Your date of appointment as per company records is 15-05-2023.

1.3 Leave Policy: As per HR policy, Employee is entitled to avail 10 Earned Leave, 6 Casual Leave and 6 Sick Leave per annum.
Our leave cycle starts from January to December. In case, anyone joins middle of the year then leaves will be accrued as pro-
rata basis.

1.4 Probation Period: You will be on Probation for three months from the date of joining which may be extended depending
upon your performance. Your services will be confirmed upon successful completion of the probation period.

1.5 Transfer: You will be liable to be transferred to any other department or establishment or branch or subsidiary of the
Company in India.

1.6 Travel: Whenever you are required to undertake travel on Company work, you will be reimbursed travel expenses as
per Company rules.

1.7 Notice Period: In case you wish to leave the services of the company after completion of 3years of Bond , you may do so
after giving 2 months of notice period to the company.

1.8 Job Clause: The Employee acknowledges that substantial efforts, costs and time had been invested on him/her for training
him/her specifically for effective handling the job responsibilities and, any discontinuance of the employment before the
expiry of the three years term would unfairly prejudice the Company, and, as such, the Employee undertakes to remain in
service of the Company.

1.8.1 In case the Employee, for any reason, leaves the services of the Company before the said period of three years then
he/she shall forthwith pay six months’ gross salary being the indemnification of the cost of training to the Company.
The Employee agreed not to dispute the amount, and shall pay the amount, before requesting for formal relieving
order from the Company & at the same time company has full right to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against
the Employee. That the said employee shall not during the period of this agreement work directly or indirectly in
any similar trade or business either as employer or partner or advisor or in any other capacity.

1.8.2 That the said employee shall be just and faithful to the Company in all matters and shall not at any time except under
legal process, divulge to any person whosoever and shall use his best endeavors to prevent the publication or
disclosure of any trade secret or any business process or any confidential matter or information concerning
management decision of the Company or of its dealings, transactions, or affairs which may come to his knowledge.

1.8.3 Any dispute or difference arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through Arbitration. The sole Arbitrator,
appointed in consultation with parties shall conduct such Arbitration. The jurisdiction for such disputes shall be
handled in Delhi .

1.8.4 However, Company has full right to transfer, suspend or terminate the employment of the Employee in case if he/she
breaches any of the above provisions & is found dishonest to the Company at any moment of his/her employment,
also Company can withhold the Salary or/and Experience letter of the said Employee until the final clearance of the
matter.

1.9 Termination: The company may terminate your employment without assigning any reason at any time upon 60-days’ notice
or upon payment in lieu of notice (two-month basic salary + allowances) as provided for under the applicable law.

1.10 Confidentiality: You shall maintain confidentiality during the service as well as post-employment with regard to company’s
management policy, data and all other business-related information. You will follow all norms, terms and conditions as
framed by the company from time to time as applicable to all employees of the company.

You are requested to return us the copy of this appointment letter duly signed by you as a mark of your acceptance.
