SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MAY SHACK WEST, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,

and a resident of #7 Makati Village, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint REYNALDO WEST, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and
a resident of #7 Makati Village, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, for me, in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following acts, to wit:

1. To withdraw ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) from

my BPI Account No. 12345 in BPI Session Road Branch;
2. To pay the withdrawn amount mentioned above as payment
for my Capital Gains Tax of ONE MILLION PESOS
(P1,000,000.00) to the BIR Baguio City.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said attorney-in-

fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act
requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing, as fully to all
intents and purposes as the principal might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation,
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
thereof.
