BENEFITS INCENTIVES
Evalueserve is highly focused on employee well-being and treats it as a key priority. This document lists the main benefits and incentives you will have access to.
Benefits
1. Medical Leave Coverage
Evalueserve pays for 1-3 medical leave days, in licenses
between 1-10 days (max. of 6 days/year).
2. Complementary Insurance (indefinite contracts only)
Evalueserve offers complementary insurance to all its
employees under an indefinite contract. This includes
complementary medical, dental and life insurance
(coverage for family members is available at an additional
cost).
3. Aguinaldo de Fiestas Patrias
Evalueserve pays a small bonus to all its employees for the
celebration of “Fiestas Patrias”.
4. Admin & Tenure Leaves
Evalueserve offers four administrative days per year (one
per quarter, not cumulative).
Also, after three years at the company, employees start
building tenure leaves (paid vacation days).
5. Flexible Workplace
Evalueserve has a variety of roles offering flexible
modalities in hybrid or remote mode. For some positions, it
is possible to work up to three weeks from abroad after
managers' approval.
Incentives
1. Referral Bonus
Employees can refer people from their network. If the candidate is selected and completes 3 months at the company, the
referrer will be eligible for a bonus.

6. Employee Support (indefinite contracts only)
Evalueserve provides monetary support in the form of no-
interest salary advances and/or loans. All employees with a
one–or more–year tenure can ask for a salary payment in
advance (once per year).
7. Training
Evalueserve provides multiple learning opportunities. This
includes internal training for different areas of expertise,
mentoring tools, an individual development plan, and
funds-relevant certifications and training.
8. Paternity Benefits
Evalueserve provides different benefits for parents,
including a nursing room on its premises, half a day off on
the child’s birthday, a gift card for newborn child and
discounts with local daycare centers.
9. Wedding Benefits
We want to recognize and congratulate recently married
couples. All Evalueserve employees that are getting married
receive a gift card as a present.
10. Welcome Package
Evalueserve offers each new joiner a package to give a
warm welcome in your first days. This package will also
include your corporate laptop.
