My Favorite Animal

My favorite animal is the dolphin. Dolphins are very smart animals that live in
the ocean. They are mammals, just like humans, which means they breathe air and
give birth to babies. Dolphins have a unique (special) way of communicating with
each other by using clicks and whistles. They can also swim very fast and jump out
of the water.

Dolphins are very social animals that live in groups called, pods. They like to play
and swim together, and take care of each other. Baby dolphins, called calves, stay
with their mothers for many years until they are old enough to take care of
themselves. Dolphins have a special relationship with humans, and are friendly and
curious to people.

Unfortunately, dolphins are facing many threats in the oceans, like pollution,
overfishing, and being caught in fishing nets. It is important to take care of our
oceans and sea life. We can start by not littering and recycling. Let’s work
together to keep our oceans clean and safe for dolphins and all
other sea creatures.
