The customer need to split variants before push products with over 100
variants to Shopify
4. What is the Pricing Rule? How to set up?
The pricing rule is the rule you set for your product price when importing
product from AliExpress. There’re 2 ways to set it up: basic pricing rule and

5. When editing products prior to Pushing/Importing them to the Shopify store,
what changes can merchants make in this step?
● Set a clear and descriptive product name
● Choose the right collection, type and tags
● Optimize product description

● Choose the images for product variants
6. What information does Ali Orders announce to the merchants after the
product was updated on A.E?
● Out of stock

7. List down the steps / ideal user flow that the merchants should do on Ali
Orders when they’ve received orders on Shopify.
Order tab > To order > Click on the customer name and ensure all required
information is filled, including the phone number and and fields > Save to
apply changes >> Place Order to fulfill the order >> reselect the shipping
method > Confirm order

8. What are Mapped / Unmapped Products?

This is step to prevent Place Order Failed issues. Login and authenticate
AliExpress account with AliOrders places order and synchronize products and other
data effectively

Part II. Troubleshooting


1. Mason has a specific product on AliExpress that he wants to import. How
many ways are there that we can help him import the product?
- Via AliOrders
- Via AliExpress using Chrome Extension AliOrders
2. Charlotte is wondering if the app has Free trials. How do you advise her in this
case?
AliOrders does not support Free trials. We have free plan on the left corner of
the pricing dashboard
3. Alysha’s order was shipped out but it's still on the To Order tab. How can we
help her?
Go to Ali Orders >> Orders >> Sync Order status to check on the status.
If it still hasn’t been updated:

Explain: “ because there are some changes from Ali Express, it prevents
syncing Ali Order No. and its status cannot be changed to Order placed even
though you already placed your orders.

The current solution is to copy the Order numbers from Ali Express and paste
it on Ali Orders, then the orders will be moved on Order Placed”

4. Bryan is fulfilling an order and encountering an error “Place Order Failed”.


How can we help him?
- Check the phone number
- Check address (Country, Province, City fields), they should be written in
Alphabet (không có dấu)
- Shipping method is invalid + No shipping method is available to the
location => recheck the shipping address on AliExpress website
- Remote_create_order_result_error
- Products are out of stock
- Inventory error
- Buyer on black list

5. Hilton has turned on Auto Update but she did not receive any notifications
from Ali Orders, although the products on AliExpress do have changes. What
step did she miss during the setup?
The notification appears on the main dashboard of the app.
