Zoho People Introduction
Zoho People is an online Human Resource Information Management System designed to help you
save time by managing many of your HR activities independently, without the need to constantly
follow up. You can complete many of your everyday activities, such as applying for leave, marking
your attendance online, tracking time for the jobs that you do. The mobile app simplifies these tasks
even more by providing access from your smartphone.

On-boarding
As soon as the Schbanger joins, the first process that they will need to complete is the employee
onboarding. This process helps a new joinee cover large amounts of paper work with ease. Once you
have logged in to your account, you will receive a popup message to complete your onboarding
process.
• Welcome aboard – The Schbanger is greeted with a welcome message and can respond to it via
comments
• Profile and other forms – The Schbanger fills in their personal information, educational and
professional qualifications. They can also change their profile picture by clicking on the circular
avatar–Click Change Image and replace it
• Schbang Wiki – In this space, the Schbanger is acquainted with the important company policies.
• Objectives – The Schbanger is made aware of the primary objectives in their role, right from their
onboarding process. This provides clarity about their role
• You're all set – In this final stage, each completed step is highlighted; the onboarding process is
considered completed once all the steps are completed.

Regularization
There may be some instances when Schbanger’s attendance is recorded incorrectly, due to system error
or human mistake. The regularization option is useful in such cases, as it allows to raise a request and
get the incorrect entry rectified. All attendance regularization requests and approvals must be done
between the 1st to 30th/ 31st of every month.

organizational tree (hierarchy), the various designations that has been assigned, the choice of tax regime,
investment declaration form etc. all of these will be found under the tab of - ‘Organization’

When Schbangers are required to visit any of the Schbang branch office or client office across India or
abroad, as the case maybe, they will be required to register and upload all those travel details in Zoho
People under travel section.
There will be two categories under this namely:
1) Travel Request
2) Travel Expense

Zoho People allows Schbangers to keep a track of all assets handed over to them by the company.
The IT team will require all necessary details from the Schbanger regarding the assets.
For this a Schbanger has to fill up a form, so that these details can be effectively recorded. The details
of which is given further.

The Task Tab allows you to maintain and keep
a record of your day-to-day tasks to be
actioned, it gives you an option to select and
enter the priority of each of tasks.

are two sections under this namely:
